Refund policy.

We have a 15-day return policy for any damaged items, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange. After 15 days we will no longer do an exchange.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we will instruct you, on how and where to send your product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Replacement orders will be given top priority and every effort will be made to provide replacement orders ASAP.

It is customers responsibility to check every item before picking up or on delivery for any issues. After pickup or delivery (Cabinets And Doors 2 Go) is no longer responsible for damaged items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you do not inspect the product(s) it is customers responsibility to ship or bring the product(s) back to the shop.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind. For example, if a vanity does not fit your space, or you change your mind about the colour or finish, we are unable to accept returns.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If customer wants to cancel the order, the customer has 24 hours after the order has been placed. After the 24 hours has been passed, we are unable to cancel the order or remove an item from the order. 

After the order is ready the customer has up to 60 days to pick up. After the 60 days, we will add the product(s) back into inventory. No refund will be issued.
